What happened?
The time frame for which you selected to print your Security Document is outside the allocated window. Security Documents may be printed beginning at 6:00 AM one day prior to your flight.

What you need to do:
Please visit us again during that time to print your Security Document or you may check in at the Southwest Airlines departure airport's Ticket Counter, Skycap Podium, and/or self-service RAPID CHECK-IN kiosks (where available) to receive your Boarding Pass prior to proceeding through the Security Checkpoint.
