求助----DDD.COM~取消order
因為不熟DDD.COM的order~所以下了三個一樣的訂單~
想取消其中兩個order~已經寫信向該網站反應~ 可是他們的回信~我不能確定處理狀況如何? 所以請大家幫忙看一下~並答覆~謝謝~否則重覆訂的DVD的價錢真是吃不消 再次謝謝 內容如下~ Dear , Thank you for contacting DeepDiscountDVD.com. 唔...上面這封信的意思是
如果你有寄信給她們的話 她先會給你一個編號 以日後有問題拿來用的 晚點才會有"人"回覆妳這樣 (簡單講就是這並沒有回覆就是啦~) 呃..其實正常來講 如果你下訂單的東西沒有Back Order的話 三天之內大概就會寄出吧 這時候就來不及取消了 = = |

有一次訂完,等DDD網站上的order status更新之後,這時才看得到order number
我就寫信去要求取消該order number的訂單,結果已經來不及了 他們說貨品已從倉庫取出,已在作業中,無法取消訂單 不過有時候DDD有時還是要隔個三天才會寄出來,真是有夠慢 就算你來得及寫信,也要看他們客服處理的速度,處理太慢也是沒辦法 |

第一次在DDD下單, 5/23下單, shipping date顯示5/26, 但至今(5/29)仍顯示in processing, 如此正常嗎?等他寄出,多久才會到呢? |
