等到成年上癮了
再花很大的社會成本來勒戒 治療

蠻好奇你這裡不予禁止的定義是什麼，是
指高中或以下等學校沒有校規明文規定嗎
？如果是的話，個人在學時的經驗是一律
比照法律辦理，未到法定年齡被抓到直接
送警局。而且在高中或以下的教育裡，個
人在學時關於煙酒的部分師長會試著灌輸
責任的觀念，而反毒的宣傳在學校可從來
沒少過，當然限於資源問題，不可能每所
學校都在這方面做得很徹底，只是我想關
於未到法定年齡不得吸煙喝酒、以及吸毒
是違法的這兩點，學校應該都會讓學生知
道吧。剩下的，學生有多遵守真的要看家
庭、同儕、及個人本身操守如何吧，學校
也不可能二十四小時盯著啊。

如果是指大學或以上的話，成年人為自己
行為負責是應該的吧。

Cannabis reclassification

The Home Secretary has decided not to reverse the decision two years ago to downgrade cannabis to a class C drug.

In March 2005 the Home Secretary asked the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs (ACMD) to examine new evidence on the harmfulness of cannabis, and to consider whether this changed their assessment of cannabis as a class C drug. They produced a report on cannabis classification (new window) which outlined their findings.

In a statement to parliament (new window) the Home Secretary said of the recommendations in the Advisory Council’s report: 'I have decided to accept the recommendation, which is supported by the police and by most drugs and mental health charities, to keep the current classification of cannabis.'
Changes to the law in 2004

In January 2004 Cannabis was reclassified from a Class B to a Class C drug.

Cannabis is still a controlled drug. Possession, production and supply of cannabis is still illegal. Only the penalties for these offences changed.

Adults in possession of cannabis

It is unlikely that adults caught in possession of cannabis will be arrested. Most offences of possession result in a warning and confiscation of the drug. But some instances may lead to arrest and possible caution or prosecution, including:

smoking in a public place

instances where public order is threatened
*
possession of cannabis in the vicinity of premises used by children

而台灣...不好意思.....除了幾個大縣市之外...有勒戒所

要不然勒戒所就是等於監獄啦...

警告並"列入紀錄" ,(否則哪來的repeat offending)
