我今天拿到ARO機制下的良品硬碟了。
 (我還沒把壞的寄出∼  )包裝包的比新品還要周全，到不可思議的地步。 跟XPC一般大的紙箱，除了硬碟和塑膠盒，其他都是泡棉，完全是不惜成本的包裝呀。  而且5/22申請，5/26就收到了。 接到訊息，調出硬碟，包裝，空運，轉運，送到家裡。 ONLY 4 DAYS！  效率之高，服務之好，不得讓我佩服。 完全建立我下一顆還是會買Seagate的好心情。  我有八張圖，但是沒有空間貼。 如果有熱心的網友就幫忙貼吧。

沒錯!! 上次送修後寄回的良品, 不但迅速率包裝保護一級棒, 紙箱上下都鋪有約6cm的泡棉保護喔!!  話說回來,我的英文也很破....填寫RMA還真花了不少時間@@ |
