請問這題計組題目答案是否有錯?
A 32bit floating point binary number has 8bit plus a [HW] sign bit for this exponent. The mantissa is assumed to be a normalized function. Negative number in the (signed-magnitude) representation.

指數部份：1 bit 符號，8 bits 大小，可以表達 -255 ~ +255
小數部份：1 bit 符號，22 bits 大小，可以表達 -0.11...1 ~ +0.11...1 總共 32 bits 沒錯啊 |
