怎麼隱藏位元不見了?

應該是:+1.11,...,11[22個1]x2^255才是吧?

指數部份：1 bit 符號，8 bits 大小，可以表達 -255 ~ +255
小數部份：1 bit 符號，22 bits 大小，可以表達 -0.11...1 ~ +0.11...1
總共 32 bits 沒錯啊
