7K250的一年保固~by 原廠答覆~
其實今天去函日立HGST詢問保固的問題,我是寄了兩封mail
在這網頁上~http://www.hgst.com/warranty 一封是給[email protected]這是在網頁上的表格輸入的~ 就如同我之前po的~ 他說亞洲賣的只給一年啦~ ![]() ============================================== Dear Sir, Thank you for your email. Normally this model of hard drives (7K250 serial ATA deskstar 8mb cache) has a standard three year of warranty. However this only applies to hard disk drives purchased in Europe. According to the serial numbers of your drives we gather that they have been sold outside of Europe namely in Asia. Thus they only have a 1 year of warranty. 不過....是只有大大的序號會更正還是所有這一批貨都會更正啊???? |

我寄信去反應的時候的確是只有給他們我自己兩顆硬碟的序號而已,但最先開始反應這問題的樓主 http://www.coolaler.com/ipb/index.php?showtopic=6831 我剛用他的序號去查了一下,也一起被更改過來了,所以我想應該是整批都改正了才對∼

tiby兄一發給我PM,我就打到威健問了
搞了兩天,現在圓滿落幕,也算對跟我買硬碟的網友有個交代了 以後請網友有類似問題,可以PM向我反應 友站一堆人猜猜猜,然後起鬨說只有一年保固,根本沒去查證的做法,我覺得很不恰當 就這樣啦....... |

嘿嘿~是阿 還好兩個區域的客服都mail去問,不然像第一次北美的客服跟我回的:因為是亞洲所以只有一年。 那不就xxx...

剛買了顆80g 的7k250,出場日期是NOV,2003 一查保固 Serial number Expiration date Sold to GEO C2S0LN6L 2006-11-18 AP 三年!!!!! 不過是同學的,而我已經買了120G 8MB的 |

什麼?!我前天也買一顆80g 7k250,不過是2mb buffer的啦,oct 2003出廠, 保固沒變還是1年耶,你買的也是2mb版本的嗎?如果是的話不就太爽了... |
