我最近買的一片福斯的point break也一樣，光碟片上沒什麼刮痕，
但就是讀到58:14大約是第10 章節時就會當機。可是我不大想跟他們要另一片新的。
因為日期己拖了十幾天，又 我跟他們買了coyote ugly片子也是有刮傷，他們
也也允諾寄一片1片 copy給我，實在不好意思再麻煩他，我想這point break 就自己承受好了。不過福斯的一區片子好像不怎麼穩定?!

I have placed an order to you on Feb xx 2001 with order no.xxxxxx and have received the order on Mar xx 2001. But I am too busy to check the items till near days. However I found one of the order is defeated. The "x-file" I received cannot be played between chapter 7 and chapter 8. I have tried it in many dvd players including dvd-rom and was found in same situation. I am sorry I can not claim to you as soon as I received the order, but since the damage was not caused by miss-keeping of my side, and base on your highly performed services I hope you can replace a new copy to me.
