民營業者不想建設
一隻獨大的中滑奠信擺老擺爛(反正就只有我有管線你咬我阿)  我看這樣搞臺灣就算再10年也一樣在玩ADSL 話說這些基礎建設不也是之前納稅人的錢去舖設的嗎？ 怎麼可以說民營不建設就不放給大家用呢？  |
