這裡沒有人做過類似的工作嗎? 其實這樣蠻涼的, 只是未必如網兄所想.
曾經聽某小主管說過當初是如何幫董事長/總經理做雜務, 以及交代的事情. 我任職的時候卻內容稍微不同, 真的只有實際上的打雜, 沒有什麼內幕. 其實道理很簡單, 會看打雜者有沒有奴性跟做事情的方法, 說穿了就是良心. 奴性夠跟沒良心到一個程度, 提拔上來做小主管, 工作是打雜的總管~ 以上皆無的人, 做沒多久就會被換掉, 我當時看出苗頭後自己換頭路, 省得尷尬. 我坦白說一句: 這種出身的總務或小主管是非常受老闆歡迎的. (原因不用多解釋, 如同當初皇帝身邊的小太監變成太監總管) |
