我前面就說了, 川普很敢很懂鑽法律的空隙. 他連重啟關稅談判和抓捕馬杜洛都沒經過國會, 要對付恐怖組織還需要跟國會討論嗎? Pelosi可以不爽, 但這是川普總統的職權, Pelosi不爽可以上法院告或提出彈劾, 結果可想而知. |
