生平第一次國外網購 在露天買了SEIKO STAR WARS C-3PO 紀念表 限定日本發售不寄國外，只好集送 由於有報值，日本郵便經由中華郵政寄送 被海關科了($*4%關稅)*5%營業稅=3千多元 第一次海外網購竟敢買上萬元的東西 有夠憨膽

國小的門面又改了 漂亮的兩層紅磚建築早已灰飛湮滅 大門對面的滷肉飯攤販 如今已轉型成鬍鬚張連鎖店總店 國中的舊址面目全非 改成醜陋的柏油停車場,只剩老樹在嗚咽 2005.06 醜陋的柏油停車場正拆除,老樹已無法嗚咽 2006.09 廣 告已經出現，台北新地標--京站 2011.07.04 我在君品17樓吃小外甥女的雙滿月酒 國中新校址在舊市府後方 舊市府改成當代藝術館 我還是懷念20元的市府員工午餐 怎麼全變 我的青春 我的記憶 台北還是我的 【 家 】 嗎???? |

但是二手品的金額就很難認定了吧??? 除非你買的是大家公認的昂貴物品...或是遇到識貨的海關 要不通常都以賣家寫的金額為基準~~ 我老闆之前買過幾隻 Contax 的鏡頭~~ 一支都要 USD 1000 左右 但是買家都只寫 USD 5 ~~ 沒被課過稅......

以您所買的物品來說，如不需預購的話，應可委由專門代購的商家來處理(有的代購商會拒絕需要預購的訂單) 日本的東西一般個體賣家或小店家通常都是不寄國外(大型購物網站除外)，所以我都是以代購居多，而運費上也比較划算， 目前買過最貴的單品是一只定價約30萬日幣的手錶，寄到台灣的運輸費用(代工費&宅配)只花了650元 (運氣算是不錯，雖被拆封檢查，但未被看出其價值，所以沒有被課稅)

所以二手品沒被課稅通常是被認定不需要課稅 ,而不是規定完全不用課稅 個人買二手物品就曾經被課稅過 ,而且走的還是原本機率就較低的郵務體系 ...
