慢跑鞋穿起來站著要能覺得平貼腳底
這樣重心才會穩 然後後面一定不能墊高，我現在有一雙nike的慢跑鞋就是後面墊高了一些些 跑起來比上一雙平底的new balance累很多 另外很多鞋款都會在鞋底那層膠做造型、挖洞 我是覺得如果有整面鞋底都是相同紋路的，這樣最好 因為挖洞會卡紅土，有些造型可能會影響重心 還有就不穿起來腳裸不要束縛住，這樣跑起來比較輕快 能合穿比較重要，適合自己的腳形，才是最省力的 |

我是穿puma faas 300,個人覺得好看好穿又不貴.

我也認為要到現場穿過 合自己腳型的再買!!
我現在穿的是這雙 [YOUTUBE]pEZtGAJcS1w[/YOUTUBE] 我覺得比我之前穿的 Nike Free Run 2 好穿好跑多了!!! 樓主有機會可以去 Skechers 試穿看看~~ 不過台灣的售價真的很貴.... 我今年七月在 Amazon 買 大約是 USD 70 左右~ 台灣代理要賣 3400........

玩票性質，或者真的毫不在乎跑步的感覺，那這樣穿無妨 但老實說，通常認真在跑、逐漸喜歡跑步的人，我想很少人願意繼續穿上太重容易熱的籃球鞋，或者硬梆梆的平底鞋 畢竟一雙便宜又輕便，底部軟硬適中的慢跑鞋，大概一千多搞定，然後也不會穿沒幾下就壞掉了，算是很便宜的投資 |

赤腳都能跑了~~~穿休閒鞋跑又有何困難...... 前陣子國外還有一場高跟鞋賽跑勒~~ 重點在於你能跑多久 跑多遠 跑多快~~~ 之前有個人穿藍白拖跑半馬 (21公里) 兩小時零七分 跑完~~ 很多穿跑鞋跑的還不一定比他快勒........
