接在RAID卡上，當有一個硬碟有問題的時候 直接復原這顆硬碟的資料到新的空白硬碟上 （系統仍然運作中） 然後RAID卡會告訴你某顆硬碟壞了 把那顆拔出來換個新的做新的熱備援 比較好的RAID系統這些都是在系統運作中的時候完成的
