我們政府立法是一回事
有沒有去執行又是另一回事 幾年前不是立法規定開車或騎機車時不能手拿大哥大講電話嗎 從來就沒看到有人在遵守 也沒有看到警察在抓 甚至看過警察開一路開車,一路手拿大哥大在聊天 |

抓得兇不兇得看地方 小弟住桃園 在桃園市區幾乎人人戴安全帽 但是只要出了市中心 就開始有人沒戴安全帽了 放假回彰化 更可以看到有人在市中心沒戴安全帽就在騎車 至於開車打手機.... 小弟三不五時就可以在路上(包括高速公路)看到一台開的不是超級龜 就是開的歪歪扭扭的車 超過去一看 十有七八在打手機....  小弟個人非常相信台灣人民的守法度跟警察出現密度成正比
