寫信沒有用的...打電話去罵比較有用... 最好把話講重一點...比如說:在不解決就要寄存證信函了哦... 這樣比較有效...

完全同意 經過4次的mail往返...在下今天直接打去客服並說了重話 從一開始要求我去郵局寄限掛包裹到派宅配到我公司取貨 真搞不懂是不是台灣的客服都要人說了重話才肯認真處理客戶的反應?! |
