寫信沒有用的...打電話去罵比較有用... 最好把話講重一點...比如說:在不解決就要寄存證信函了哦... 這樣比較有效...

這是我第3封信寄給他們的內容~(寄完第2天就打電話給我了) 1.到今天還未收到貨品收據發票是25日今天是5月8日整整快半個月錢也付完了不知你們有何感想?從未有網購服務這麼差勁的~(枉費我還介紹好幾位朋友跟你們買) 2.我會用網路的力量把你們服務的態度公諸於世~ 3.最後明天再未收到貨品將會訴求法律途徑(希望不必用到這個) 4.我也不知是不是你們客服部對我不爽(希望不是)不然我的東西怎麼現在還未收到? PS.僅供參考..... |

完全同意 經過4次的mail往返...在下今天直接打去客服並說了重話 從一開始要求我去郵局寄限掛包裹到派宅配到我公司取貨 真搞不懂是不是台灣的客服都要人說了重話才肯認真處理客戶的反應?! |
