基本上...警察沒事不會攔你下來檢查駕照....
除非你先犯交通違規或你看起來很像未成年的...才會攔你.... 現在的警察很聰明.....他才不管你說的是否真實....他會在 該罰單上附註"覆檢駕照"...叫你自己去監理所證明.... 所以你如果被抓...請什麼證件都不要拿出來...直接報你車主的資料... 叫車主自己去監理所提證明.... 這個是我個人的經驗....因為我只有汽車駕照.....第一次騎機車出門 就被因沒戴安全帽,被攔下來...後來叫我姊跑一趟監理所囉~~ 其實比較保險的做法,就是既然是無照騎車,就小心一點...不要犯規而 被叫下來 |

雖然這個標題不太好讓人回答...因為畢竟是違法的
不過我以前也都是這樣啦~:P 首先.. 第一要件最好是你本身長相就要有點"臭老" 然後找到個有駕照的朋友"願意"讓你背牌... 最好是熟到連他家庭背景成員都很了解的那種朋友 之後..開始狂背他的姓名...身分證字號..出生年月日..地址...生肖..星座.. 最好他爸媽的名字也背起來... 還要練習簽他的名字..(開單時會用到) 盡量把自己當作就是他!!! 出門騎車最好只帶錢..別帶自己的證件 看到警察不要慌..臉部表情自然點..心理當作自己早就有駕照了 若他真的攔你...就說忘記帶駕照..車是你朋友的 之後回答問題時盡量保持口齒清晰.. 運氣好的話他就放你走或是開張行人違規就算了 運氣不好就開無照或兼拆大牌..到時再請你朋友拿駕照去交通事件裁決所繳...300塊就好了(現在還是不是300元我不清楚唷) 以上是我的經驗... 你或許會問幹麻還要背星座生肖還有他老爸老媽的名字?? 這是因為他如果對你起疑心的話...他就有可能會問這些問題了 我有朋友姓黃..背他朋友的牌是姓陳 之後警察問他你爸姓什麼...他很迅速的回答"黃"!!!  馬上被帶走.............. 我自己還有簽名的時候習慣性的寫了自己的姓.....之後馬上發現不對 還把他塗掉重簽... 哈哈..現在想到真是覺得自己很白目 幸好那時警察睜一隻眼閉一隻眼放過我了~ 不過背牌這種事還是少做的好...除非你真的有必要非得騎車不可..

警察要看你的後車箱或機車座箱..一般是善意配合...才打開給他看
如果你不願意...他必須持搜索票才能強行打開來看... 並不是說要看就隨便給他看的...

這件事我17歲那年遇過兩次...
背的是同一個高中留級同學的身分證字號和名字..(他自願提供) 第一次2分鐘內結束~~被開單罰500沒帶安全帽... 第二次 警察精的跟猴一樣 問完出生年月日後順便問我屬什麼生肖.. 夭壽我怎麼知我同學屬什麼 延遲兩秒才說出來(因為要往前推算  )就被識破了...硬是要開我無照駕駛外加沒安全帽 那個年代沒什麼人在戴安全帽我卻死被抓兩次... 第二次罰了6500元
