這樣說來還真的滿慘的~~ 惡蟲兄我還有一些疑問想問一下~~ 前不久我到一個長輩家去時~~發現他新買了一台無線AP 但是人家只幫他設定可以上網而已~~ 其他像是基地台帳號密碼 無線網路密碼 都沒有設定~~ 他已經買了兩三個月了~~ 像這樣的狀況~~我那長輩的無線訊號萬一被別人拿來使用~~ 進行 p2p 下載影片的行為~~ 如果被警察約談~~ 我的長輩根本沒有下載過~~他當然是會否認~~ 可是警察手上握有的就是下載的 IP 跟 下載資料~~~ 而我那長輩又不是很懂電腦~~根本也沒辦法提出不是自己下載的證據~~~ 那不就有可能像你說的被起訴~~然後還可能犯後態度不佳結果被重判嗎??? 還好我已經幫他設好新的密碼了..........

現在國外免空那麼多
好下載 還是不少人用BT  P2P好用是好用 不過風險頗高 BTGB老早就沒啥在用了 用GB不如用CB CB限制少 速度又比台灣那個狗狗爸死快的多  |

p2p 還是方便啦~~~至於你說的免空真的滿多的~~ 不過麻煩就是下載方式~~很多免空都沒有辦法用軟體批次下載....... CB 倒是不錯的選擇~~~~

 很多網友好像都把法官·檢察官·警察當笨蛋，好像很無能似的（因為新聞誤導嗎？媒體是不是要負責任  ）不久前討論新聞被告  我家不止我一人使用網路，有好幾個人使用連網路申請的名字都是別人，但警方還是可以寄信要求我到案說明 我看當事人還是去找有豐富的法律知識或是背景的人，當然最好是找律師咨詢 與其相信不明網路熱心人？，不如去找專業人士 畢竟是當事人要負責，那些打打字的只是打開心的  |

要看是怎樣的狀況吧~~如果你是在自己部落格放東西~~ 或是上討論區留言~~ 因為這些地方都要申請帳號密碼~~所以一定會要你留一些資料~~~ 通常一般人註冊時都會留真實資料~~檢警當然就可以藉由這樣找到你囉~~ 而這次的苦主~ torrent 是在 FDzone 下載的~~ 比對一下有下載 torrent 的帳號~就可以取得相關資料啦~~~ 要找到人還不容易嗎??

台灣個人資料外洩很嚴重，個資不代表行為人 不過惡蟲說得沒錯，要查還是有些門路 例如 威嚇家屬長輩 去你工作地點搜搜證 順便問問 家人親戚 上司 老闆 同事 朋友 鄰居...有沒有販賣侵權物 最後再找記者來登上新聞媒體 能頂得住的人應該不多 手段不見得合法 在台灣卻很常見 |

也許個資不代表行為人~~不過出事情的時候檢警還是會從這些個資先調查起~~ 如果剛好你下載 釣魚 torrent 的帳號 資料符合你 IP 的資料~~~ 這時你要說檔案不是你下載的我看法官也不會相信你的~~~ 我想惡蟲兄想說的應該是這種情形~~~ 如果說 torrent 來源並不是一些論壇~~ 而是別的可以不具名下載的地方~~ 那這樣要查到苦主的機會就減少很多~~ 不過像你講的用威嚇的手法倒是很常見~~~ 畢竟很多人都沒時間上法院跟對方耗..... 所以大部分都是選擇和解吧~~~

我個人不太相信 是由FDzone站長之類給的資料 FDzone主機應該是國外 站長也不是台灣人 扯到外國的部份 再加上這個案子真的不什麼大案 檢警應該不會從這條路下手 我猜應該是從做種的下手... 抓到源頭 其他的就好辦了 另外，有人加入這種論壇，註冊資料(除了Email)會留真實資料嗎？  |

非常有可能放 torrent 的根本就是廠商本身~~ 然後就可以看到來下載者的IP 這樣就可以當成證據啦~~~ 此外用真實資料註冊的人還真不少呢~~很多人不知道個資洩漏速度之快~~~ 我身邊很多朋友也都是填真實資料~~怎麼講都講不聽....... 我個人是連 email 都是留那種 註冊用 垃圾 email , 不然很多論壇一註冊完就會有收不完的****信阿......
