I have found a beta BIOS at the link below:

The author of the webpage said the BIOS would fix the PCI/4 at 133Mhz problem. I tried it with my GA-6OXET-C with a 1.2G Celeron and the system still won't boot with SW1 DIP6 set to ON (I soldered the switch)

However, it does fix the problem of system won't shut down over 110MHz FSB and the ACPI illegal memory address access problem in WinXP. Now I am running my system at 121MHz FSB to get 1.45GHz

Would someone else try it and report the result?
