Denon's new THX Ultra-certified AVR-4802 A/V surround receiver offers more features and performance than ever before in its category, and is the world's first component to incorporate decoding for the recently announced DTS 96/24 5.1 format for DVD-Video. The AVR-4802 also sets a new standard as being the world's first component to utilize THX 6.1 post-processing for DTS ES Discrete 6.1 bitstream-encoded program material, and THX post-processing for Dolby Pro Logic II.
