KT7A and SBLASTER X-Gamer 5.1
when i have sblaster x gamer 5.1 installed on kt7a, the comp frozed every other 10-15 mins, but when i have another sound card installed, there is no problems, so i am just wondering is x gamer incompatable with kt7a? do u guys know where to download the newest driver for x gamer? (not the official website because that is the one i have).

Well, try this!!!
.PCI master read caching, default setting=Disabled .PCI master time-out, Default setting=1 Setting above options to Disabled/3 will lead to the same result with VIA Latency patch V0.14 and may help SB Live 5.1 sound issue. . thanx for your help, so if i download VIA Latency patch V0.14, then i dont have to do PCI master read caching, default setting=Disabled

I suggest that you install Latency firstly, if the problem can't be sloved, then try to have the BIOS settings.
