早上收到一封奇怪的email, 收件人與寄件人都是我同一個email address

請問我的信箱被入侵了嗎? 最奇怪的是該email內文底下居然有我cable ISP的網站logo與link
(email內容我是用copy, paste的, 所以各位只會看到英文字母)
我試著從自己信箱寄一封信給自己, email內文卻無ISP的logo與link.
由於我人在美國, 申請ISP是用英文名字, 對方如何知道我的中文名?
還是這根本是朋友電腦中毒亂發email? 還請各位網友不吝解答, 謝謝.
