現在倒底怎麼樣? 買非其它區的dvd犯法嗎??
看了各位的討論,,實在看不到下去,,,,,原來記者會那篇已經累計達500回覆了,,
到後來也不知道講什麼,,, 誰可以明確告訴我一下,,,修法後,,,, 1 現在我若購買 <非台灣廠商代理 >的正版DVD 犯法嗎? 2 現在消費者 出租 或 出售,,<非台灣廠商代理>的正版DVD 可以嗎? 3 影帶店 出租 或 出售,,<非台灣廠商代理>的正版DVD 可以嗎?

1.照目前通過的法案看來...似乎是犯法的... (就看法官如何解釋條文囉!!!) 2.不行...涉及營利...犯法 3.不行...涉及營利...犯法

以後有個5片規定
是指 1 每種光碟最多帶5片,帶幾種不限 or 2 一次最多只能帶5片光碟,不管5種各1張或是1種5張. 我是期望第1種啦.要不然每次中港回來都不能大採購了

我想可以先看看 Fnac, 誠品, 及一些賣 "航空版" 雜誌等等的店.........有人這幾天去這些店看過嗎?
