xbmp cvs 5-27-03 出來了

修正了不少東西，詳見如下：

Out of town for the long weekend, back to find lots of XBMP updates!

Codecs.conf updated. dll\README.TXT updated. Codecs.conf updated with
extentions for music & videos, many new comments, and some changes to
default sample IP addresses. Filezillaserver.xml updated with the "pass"
tag. CD Player.cut and DVD Player.cut updated comments.

New directories created- Shortcuts, SHOUTcast, Subtitles to go along
with the config.xml sample updates. There were also updates to various
codec src's without comments (mplayerlibs/libmpcodecs).

- Updated FileZilla to provide the SITE REBOOT, SITE SHUTDOWN, and SITE EXECUTE commands, available in FileZilla since vers. 1.3

- fix 740146 IMDB lookup: Problems when filename contains '&' or '_'

- fixed : 741476 Mono audio output as PCM stereo only 1 channel used

- Resources update for gamestr17

- added asv1, nuv, viv and mkv extensions

- fixes shoutcast memory leak

- fix debug build & matroska = really working now

- use old version again since new version broke ac3 (ad_liba52.c)
