大概ㄉ意思應該是....
我們想讓你知道你在3月25日ㄉ訂單有點延誤,
請你同意這個延誤好讓我們能繼續處理你ㄉ訂單,
假如我們在5月1日前仍未收到你ㄉ同意ㄉ話,
我們仍會試著去取得並寄出你ㄉ貨品但只到5月1日前.

講到確認信....
話說我在二月底訂的John Tesh : One World那張單子
已經收到兩次這種確認信了.....
到現在還是沒貨,都一個多月了

感謝!沒想到第一次買四片,12天就寄到,第二天就發生其中一片沒貨,唉!!!

我也是因為John Tesh : One World這張,結果這次居然訂五片,要分三次寄,3/25的訂單,居然五月才要寄,而且還多了2塊多美金的運費,不知如何向amazon寫信抱怨呢?

這個問題我寫信去問過了,Amazon他們是要等東西寄出之後,再寫信去跟他們講才能退錢
客服人員也沒辦法更改你下單的價格計算方式,那是程式設計上的錯誤
我那片John Tesh也是多了3.99的基本運費,扣掉coupon,STL,要退也是退不到US$1,再扣掉銀行的手續費,退一點點小錢也沒啥意思
