Summary: I have to admit that I didn't read these reviews before purchasing a camera from Royal Camera, and if I had, I would not have bought a camera from them. I have to say though, that my experience with them was good. I found the cheapest price for my camera on their site, they had it in stock, and I received the correct, brand new, US warrantied camera the next day and I love it!

Summary: Despite the Reviews I ordered a camera, I went through the same horrifying experience. They take orders in web, but no response, so you call them they instead try to sell a higher priced Camera with accessories (they try to push it on your face). They sold a wrong camera had to pay 60 dollars Shipping fees for Ground Delivery? which was not refunded. Worst Experience, I will not recommend anyone to them. Be Careful, every review is true. They lure you with low prices, and trap you.

Summary: These people are criminals. Do not buy ANYTHING from them. They shipped me a USED and openned camera, and did not include any of the "extras" that they talked me into buying and I paid for. Would not accept a return. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Summary: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I wished I had see these reviews before I got taken by this company. I was led to believe that I could not get a better price for the "high speed" Flash memory to go with the digital camera I was purchasing. I also was told that I could return it within 20 days if I decided I didn't want it. NOT! NOT! NOT! Like a fool, I believed them, and now have paid three times what I could have purchased it for at the local electronics store.

Summary: Like many of the others who have dealt with this company I have also been ripped off by this company. I bought a Sony DSC-S85 camera for $475 and was mislead into buying accessories which of course never arrived. I ended up paying $789. I strongly advise you NOT to purchase from this company!!

Summary: Stay away from these guys. They make you ashambed of having given to the NYC 911 fund. They tried to sell a Texan a Sony camera with Japanese lettering. Of course, the upgrade to English was an added cost. I cancelled the order and they shipped anyway. I returned camera as soon as I received. That cost me a few bucks also for shipping charges and a 5% restocking fee.

Summary: Do not buy anything from this vendor. Shipping costs are extreamly high. They will charge you "insurance" which is extra 125 or more. (ofcourse that is not stated anywhere in their website). Total cost for getting the product is more than 200 bucks. Give me a break. Customer service is the worst. I could go on and on. Stay a way from these scam artists.

Summary: Scam artists. Called to order a Canon D30 and was told that the price listed on their website ($1489) was only for the camera body itself. Nothing else was included. They tried to sell me all the stuff Canon included at ridiculous prices. They also said the camera had NO warranty and wanted to sell me an extended warranty for $400.

Summary: These guys should be locked up! Called to order Sony camera (approx. $550.00)--they say I can buy it if I also buy the accessory pkg. which cost $1250.00! Without the access. pkg., the camera is out of stock. Guy on phone was rude. Don't even bother looking at their stuff--you deserve better.
