![]() 15日決定請他們再寄一次,用Fedex(us $50)國際快遞當天就charge我的 visa account,扣款動作到是挺快的,有問題就拖拖拉拉怪這怪那.這次後不再買了.

對的.本來他們要收原訂購金額的一半價錢及Fedex us$50運費,後來經過多次強烈complain後;只要我付國際快捷運費.你跟我相反,反正他們不會吃虧.不過,我還沒收到.

夠了真是 現在又把運費漲那麼貴 他願意跟台灣做生意,我還不想跟他買咧 真是花錢買教訓 不過為了減低損失,我還是決定下個月叫他reship 縱使心中有千百個不甘願 |

終於在7/23收到片子,但是之前我有請他們寄到中壢,可是一早詢問fedex客服部;他們說包裹已到台北松山站,趕緊叫他們再送回桃園站,中午一點多收到,國內轉寄費用fedex會向xonair收,真是給他們打敗了.晚上回到家先確認有無問題;結果有一片讀取不正常,而且有點刮傷,真衰.如要再寄回更換又要一筆運費,寫信去問他們願意付這比費用,這樣一來一往已浪費不少時間及金錢,這真是我國際郵購最倒楣的一次.
我還是很懷疑他們之前到底有沒有將我們的貨品寄出,要他們給我郵寄號碼,卻說是用假住址及匿名寄送;所以沒有號碼可查,他們把我們當三歲小孩啊!怎麼會沒有?就算被我國海關沒收應該會收到通知,這一定有問題.今晚我要再打到美國去問清楚,希望跟我有相同情況的朋友,想想辦法,看如何能為自己也為大家爭取權益.加油! James |

老兄加油啦
我再想Xonair他們是不是擺明要故意要坑我們 因為查閱之前的討論文章該站應該是服務還不錯的 但是為何到我們這一批出貨就出狀況 而且五月底開始運費漲價,漲的離譜 搞不好他們根本就沒寄出,等著我們要求reshipment 以補足和現在運費的差額,因為先前運費只有10元而已 (我亂猜的啦) 也希望藉由我們的教訓告訴大家 要跟Xonair郵購,請三思而後行 |
