WINDVR3 and TMPGEnc problem
用WinDVR3-錄影最好畫質MPEG2(720*576 25frames/sec Pal), it is said the Bit Rate is 7200 KBits/sec;
但用 TMPGEnc 來看 他, it is said the Bit Rate is 11059KBps (It is also said the file is 720*576 25frames/sec Pal). Who is correct?? How to calculate the Bit Rate?? How to fix this problem?? PS: The bit Rate of sound part is same in WINDVR and TMPGEnc. Since TMPGenc said that the bit rate is too high ( more than 8000kBps) , it can't be work in all general DVD Player. |

計算 Bit Rate ？
就直接用 MPEG-2 的標準規格來錄製就好了嘛！ 何必鑽牛角尖呢？ 另外, 你說的「.....it can't be work in all general DVD Player.」, 請選擇 NTSC 視訊系統, 請不要選擇 PAL 視訊系統。 |

他應該是在國外吧…
TMPGENC說超過，但我還是都可以播的。這個問題，我早有發現，而且在POWERDVD或AVICODEC看是跟TMPGENC的一樣，數值會變大很多。不過，就真實的容量計算而言，好像 WINDVR才對。 至於計算問題，我都不算的，反正就先試錄個1分鐘，再乘以60，就是一小時的大小了。 |
