請教各位前輩:
小弟於1/27日於Eexpress.com 訂的DVD由於已經60天以上未收到故請求重寄,而網站回應是近幾天會寄到... 但是小弟為了日後方便而將收件地址改成郵政信箱,而我不懂的是來信內容是告知我要寄到我之前登錄的地址或是後來的郵政信箱?(因為來信說reshipped的方法與地址無法更改...) 還是說我要先把登錄的地址改回到原先的地址才會寄給我... 以下是來信的內容: Dear EXPRESS.COM Customer, Thank you for contacting us regarding your missing order #2xxxxxx. According to the shipping time frame it should have arrived by now. Please confirm your original shipping address as follows and I will be happy to reship it for you: xxx xxx xxx NONE P.O.Box xx-xxx,815 Kaohsiung,TAIWAN 815 Kaohsiung TAIWAN PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping method or address of an order to be reshipped. Kindly refuse delivery on the reshipment if the original arrives in the meantime. Thank you for shopping at EXPRESS.COM! 信中很明白的說了,同一訂單重寄是無法更改寄送的方法及地址的,你可以試著與express溝通是否可更改郵寄地址,以免又寄丟了,我想express也不想再寄丟,不過不曉得express會不會誤解,以為之前寄送的包 裹你有收到卻謊稱沒有,不過還是試試吧!!

他的大意是:請你確認第一個地址是否正確,他將會安排重寄,如果你同時收到第一次寄的產品時,那重寄的產品就請你退回(不收)
