here 是地方副詞
不能加介係詞

"I`m in here."...應該是沒有這句話
"I'm here."才是正確的
here 的前面不可以加 in
但是, 現在的美國人都不注重文法...所以....有時候會聽到有人"說"in here, in there
而且, 這應該是你聽錯了, 因為有in和沒有 in的音並不會差太多, 對外國人而言, 不容易分辨

here 一般為地方副詞　前面通常是不加任合介係詞的
你說有看到here前面加 in
我是記的有一種口語加起強口氣的講法
come in here
get in here
要叫對方進來（屋內）的加強語氣　不過這邊的in 不是here的介係詞　而是
come in 或 get in 這類片語的用法

here前除了over可加外，其他像on、in等介係詞都不可以加。(over可加可不加)
