日立 T7K500 320GB with 8MB buffer ATA-133 入手 + benchie!
 
Just gotten one Hitachi T7K500 320GB with 8MB buffer ATA-133. (2 platters, 4 heads design)

For reference, the 320GB PATA model.

The seeking sound seems louder than previous generation with or without AAM, but is still quiet enough for me. Vibration is not as issue.

The temperature on the onboard sensor seems to be much higher than previous model, 45 degree loaded doing scanning even with a 80mm fan blowing across. :o

效能不俗喔！
雖無法和梭魚十比，
但是和梭魚九 160G 版可說是旗鼓相當！

不過似乎也具備了梭魚十的「高溫」、「噪音」兩項，
這點來說是遺憾了些。

But........台灣鋪貨可能要等了...........

T7K500 320GB SATA2 with 16MB buffer @ Hardwarezone forum

The average STR is slightly better than my 320GB PATA. Around the same as 7K160.

兄台的測試成績更加亮眼，
幾乎已經稍勝梭魚九 160G 版.............
