我的不知道還需要等多久~~~

好奇的問一下，小弟手上有一顆有寫製造日期是2001.07.15的硬碟
要是保固三年的話，還沒有到耶 不過也快到了 是一顆20GB的硬碟
不過不曉得這算不算是OEM的咧？ 因為他是富士通做的
但是掛上了IBM的保固吧...
他有寫 Manufactured for IBM by fujitsu.....
查不到IBM的資料耶 不過富士通的網頁上就有這顆硬碟的資料...
這樣還有就嗎？ 是要找富士通還是IBM？
不過看起來像是樣找IBM.... 因為他們寫的保固由IBM提供耶 怪怪的

除了按照http://www.hitachigst.com/warranty/jsp/arma25h.jsp要求的包裝外
(我是用主機板的防靜電袋裝起來再用常見的裝硬碟用氣泡袋裝起來,再裝盒子,雖然網頁上是有說明不收用氣泡袋裝起來的 :cry: )
上面貼著所須的資料(從Return address到Contact numbers這段)
然後在盒子的其它處寫上大大的RMA #62549909
然後寄到(用宅急便)

順便再問一下各位大大們..
這顆硬碟用DFT測起來竟然完全沒問題= =||
可是分割完格式化到一半就喀喀作響,作業系統就停住了..
這樣HGST還是會維修吧??

如果有兩顆硬碟，可以包在一起一塊寄出去嗎•

可以
但是看你是要2個一起申請RMA
還是2個各申請一個RMA
貼在外包裝

如果DFT 測出來是 0*00
就算寄回去
工廠也是原封不動退回給你

或許你可以要檢查其他硬體
是否有問題
