我也送修一顆60G硬碟,他們9/21號收到.
我10/11號有寫信詢問,他們的回答是這樣的.請看.

我查這兩顆硬碟的序號, 新硬碟的序號似乎保固沒有延長,
但舊硬碟的序號已被銷毀.

你是不是買到水貨?
這個訊息會不會是出貨地點根本不是台灣, 但這硬碟現在確是在台灣?

但我的sn 跟我原本的sn都相同
保固也一樣
等到收到 hd 在看看吧
我以前寄回來的和原本那顆不同 sn.....但保固好像都相同

這應該是 oem 的hdd
你是零售買的嗎?
如果是 回代理商叫他們處理...
或翻翻舊文吧

我收到硬碟了,也收到信...感覺還不錯.包裝質感.全新硬碟.
雖然等了15天左右,不過還是很高興. ^^

保固就到05/10/23

我的硬碟是3年前在台中NOVA買的...1 顆5700....我還買2顆...
記得那時硬碟好像都是1年保固
雖然有看到原廠有寫2002/11/15之前的都3年保固
不過應該是指硬碟出廠吧...
我的是APRIL 2001
所以應該也是過了吧
只是....總共損失了120G的資料覺得很不爽...
但是已經過保固...
所以也就算了
只是想碰碰運氣看還能不能修或是換

本來我的硬碟應該是要在 2004/10/15 收到的,
結果家裡沒人, UPS 撲空, 今天再送一次.

硬碟是新的沒錯, 但是是 MIC 的,
包裝裡面附的文件, 以及硬碟本體上所寫的序號與 email 寄來的不同, 相差很大,
不過保固似乎延長了一個月.
