看來我自己也沒回答對問題
下面是我自己去翻的一些關於ATA硬碟137GB限制的資料

硬體方面看來只要新的硬碟介面者
如ATA133或STAT介面的MB,IDE Card則不會有137GB的限制

軟體方面，則跟BIOS，OS都有關係
我想我的160GB因為是直接插在ATA133的卡上
所以既使用WinME也能認到152625MB...
所以才沒遇到問題

感謝 ICEFTP兄的指點, 我現用GHOST Disk to Disk對拷,
結果可以抓到全部160G, 只不過原 80G是切為7 partition,
則目地Disk 160G, 就只能有 7 partition, 不過可以調整容量,
所以如同ICEFTP兄所言用GHOST Disk to Disk對拷, 可免
去FDISK, Format, 只不過來源Disk是多少partition, 則目地
Disk 就是多少partition, 此外也不用設定windows Register value
,其實我想可以先於來源Disk 切完所要的partition數, 再於 Ghost調
size就OK了, 再次感謝 ICEFTP兄提供寶貴的心得, 感恩啦 !

小弟之前有一40GB的partition，格式為FAT32，在2K下無法快速格式化，但在

XP卻可以，不知道是什麼原因。

Under Windows 2000 + SP3
1.The Windows 200 Hard Disk size limit to 128GBytes.
2.Start Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe).
Locate and then click the following key in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Atapi\Parameters
On the Edit menu, click Add Value, and then add the following registry value:
Value name: EnableBigLba
Data type: REG_DWORD
Value data: 0x1
Quit Registry Editor.Restart Windows2000.
