報告一下我更新4KUS->411S的心得,經過這幾天更新後我連續燒了有38部的4xDVD-R片電影
13片4x +R的片子,22片的CDR到目前為止還沒有遇到燒壞的,可能是我運氣好,我所用
的-R片子有 pioneer , PONY,RIDATA.因手邊只有這些片.
燒出來的片可以在撥放機看完.
我都是用 NERO 燒的.

請問有附10片+R與10片-R加上本來附的兩片+-R，共22片空片嗎？如果有的話真的蠻超值的∼∼:confused:

能燒不代表沒事,我也可以燒,可是資料到底有沒有問題除非比對囉.

Tonight my friends, it is with great happiness that I present the LDW-411S firmware, complete with LDW-401S -> 411S conversion method to you. It has been a long time in the making and much hard work. Now, I unleash my gift onto my community.

Requirements:

1. Program LtnFlash 1.2.4
2. EEPROM 411S and Patched EEPROM 401S,
3. 411S Firmware,
4. WinHex or other hex editor.
5. Lite-On LDW-401S DVD Recorder

Download package:

In this package you will find :

411S EEPROM.bin
411S Firmware.bin
Ltnflash 1.24.exe


How to do it:

1. Remove any media from the drive!!!.

2. Start LtnFlash, choose LITE-ON DVD+RW LDW-401S, PLEASE backup both the firmware and the EEPROM to a VERY safe place!

3. Flash the drive with the EEPROM 411S provided.

4. After you flash the EEPROM, flash the drive with the 411S firmware (1024k file).

5. Open your drive's backup EEPROM that you saved in a very safe place in the hex editor. I do it in WinHex.

6. Find the string LITE-ON DVD+RW LDW-401S and change it to LITE-ON DVDRW LDW-411S. (AND NOTHING ELSE!!!!)

7. Write patched EEPROM in drive.

You now have an LDW-411S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT change the sequence I have explained. It will NOT work if you change it, even slightly!

Please, PM me even if SLIGHTLY in doubt or you dont understand these concepts!
