記的沒錯的話，韌帶斷掉要用釘子把韌帶釘在骨頭上面，印像中丫，請專業一點的上來解說一下吧，

我的醫生是幫我這樣做的.....沒錯 用一顆比小指頭小的鈦合金鈕扣(醫生是這樣說的)，將韌帶固定在骨頭上， 這顆記得5-6年前要價6千多，健保不給付。 手術完到現在沒特別補什麼，也想知道能用什麼進補，畢竟，傷了更加需要好好保養， 而且，斷的當下真是......(太不雅自行消音)......的痛，不會想在一次。 另外，打石膏是固定關節，避免關節或軟骨因為失去韌帶而受損， 對韌帶斷掉這部分的復原沒什麼幫助。 |

前陣子才在週刊上看到郭泓志(名字不知道有沒有打錯)的報導 ,他似乎就是手臂的韌帶斷掉 ,
我記得書上說他使用的是一種韌帶縫合手術 ,將韌帶縫合,因為年輕的話韌帶似乎還是會生長, 經過長時間的復健就會慢慢回復.....但不知道國內的情況是.....不過多吃膠質的食物應該是對 韌帶的生長有幫助吧 !?~
