ps:您的一個月..其實還不夠久.....應該算30個"工作天"..
ps1:工作天是星期一到星期五....五天..一個月大約只有22個"工作天"

我5/17在dvdboxoffice(加拿大公司)訂了gladiator dts,
結果當天就扣款且shipped..
到現在連個屍體都沒收到,
寫信去問,他要我等8 weeks.

email 去問從一開始要你等 x week, 到後來完全不理人

最近一個月來,
有人成功的從加拿大買DVD寄回台灣嗎?

從towerrecords.com 買都是10左右就收到,
這次貪小便宜跟dvdboxoffice買gladiator就出槌
聽說這家也是沒收到不理人的公司 哀ˋ

從加拿大網站買過不少次,都不錯阿
主要加拿大網站運費都比較便宜
有一次在absound買片,等五個禮拜沒收到,就發email去問,absound回說要等8週,等到第8週再去函要求補寄,absound也同意補寄了,沒想到過了三天就收到了...

你可以傳真給他們呀,我上次也是一樣,因為t2壞軌,要更換t2,我連續寫了2封E-MAIL, 都沒有回信,火大了,就傳真過去,馬上就回信了....
請教一下你們E-MAIL都怎麼寫的呢?
根據我的經驗要帶一點威脅的口氣,這樣他們就會很快理你了....

Hello,


When you receive an invoice from us, that is your indication that you have been charged for the order.. and your order is now on its way to you. We do not charge you until your film is being shipped.

The date on the invoice that you are given, is the date that your package leaves our warehouse.

Delivery generally takes between 7 and 21 days.

We can not consider a package "lost" until 8 weeks has past from the date of the invoice, if you have not received your package once 8 weeks has passed please contact us for further instructions.

今天晚上六點多郵差送來了我的Gladiator dts!
(奇怪,木柵的郵差都那麼晚送信嗎??)
第三片一區dts,也是從國外郵購dvd等最久的一次,
看一下信封,地址的地方被一道水劃過,
地址變得不是很明確..

至少收到了..

剛才地震還以為是音效太好 造成身歷其境ㄌㄟ..
