tmpgenc 是免費軟體中功能最強大的
如果只是簡單剪輯的話 它就非常夠用了 |

但是mpeg-2剪了之後易出現影音不同步的情形... 建議還是用bbMPG較保險...

請問power vcr II來剪接MPEG2是有什麼問題,為何說不好用? 目前只發現MPEG2流量為4MBPS時剪接影片 如果畫面切到一個點時,真正剪出來會在你設定的點再後面一點點, 但是如果是MPEG2流量為6MBPS的檔案來剪接, 就可以很準,我剪了4~5片,所斷的點都很準. 還有如果用POWER VCR II來剪接檔案,檔案太大會有不正常的影片預覽 但是時間還是正確,如果用時間軸來剪接是可以忽略不正常影片的預覽 這樣的問題應該是卡在這個軟體2GB的限制,注意錄的影片不要超過 此一限制就可以. 重點是剪出來影音同步,又能把MPEG2的檔頭弄得沒有問題. |
