"Speed" is actually a "A" grade movie because its budget was very high!!!!!!!

Recently there is a "B" grade movie called "Hard Cash" which is very entertaining. It is a straight to video movie. But it's fun. And it's starring Val Kilmer, Christain Slater and Daryl Hannah. They are not small names in this business but it IS a "B" grade movie whatsoever because its budget is very limited that you can tell from the movie.
