有呀，我上面有說「你實在太厲害了」就是解決的意思，
不好意思說的不夠清楚，
不過另存的avi檔、影音不同步，
應該不是方法的問題，
而是我在讀入avi檔時，
他就有個訊息說：
detected an improper VBR audio encoding in the source AVI file. 然後他會rewrite the audio header with the standard CBR values . This may introduce up to 19638 ms of skew from the video stream.
這是不是就是造成他不同步的原因的，
然後他就說不能接受的話，
就把聲音分離出來，然後自己處理，
所以我現在是先存一個wav檔，
壓成mp2後，再把他跟tmpgenc壓的mpg影像結合，
不過還在轉檔，希望到時候影音就同步了，謝謝，感激不盡！
