American people only eat popcorn and chocolate because they are sold at the theater ( no outside food or drinks allowed). However, eating
popcorn or chocolate is usually quieter than eating 魯味 because there is no plastic or paper bags!!!

In Taiwan, there are too many street venders near theaters and there are just too many people... so some might not have the time to eat before they see a movie. That's why they eat during the movie
