請教各位前輩:
小弟於1/27日於Eexpress.com 訂的DVD由於已經60天以上未收到故請求重寄,而網站回應是近幾天會寄到...
但是小弟為了日後方便而將收件地址改成郵政信箱,而我不懂的是來信內容是告知我要寄到我之前登錄的地址或是後來的郵政信箱?(因為來信說reshipped的方法與地址無法更改...)
還是說我要先把登錄的地址改回到原先的地址才會寄給我...
以下是來信的內容:
