嘿...別那麼酸嗎!!自己到網站上看(return center)或寫封信給他們,他們會告訴你該怎麼辦的啦!而且回信很快!!前天我一個月前在dvd planet訂的片子他無聲無息就給我寄來了(跟半個月前在amazon訂的一起到!)我只好把amazon重複的三張片退掉(因為dvd planet一定會很久!)我今天就把這三張寄回去給他了!!

Within 30 days of receiving your shipment (including gifts) you may
return the following items for a full refund (we'll even refund the
original and return shipping costs if the return is a result of our
error):

- any book in original condition (or any book we recommended and you
didn't enjoy)
- any unopened DVD, VHS, CD, LP, cassette, video game, or software
- any downloadable software product
- any other item in new condition, with original packaging and
accessories

We are currently unable to accept returns of e-books and gas-powered
items. To return a gas-powered item, please contact the manufacturer
directly.

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items
purchased from Amazon.com. We cannot exchange items unless they are
defective or damaged.

If you are sending your return from outside the U.S., please use an
economical air mail method for shipping the order back to us.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to pay for return shipping in this case.
