It's a disc problem. Lately, some Disney/BuenaVista discs have had problems playing in certain players. Problems: freezing, no chapter skip, long menu loading, etc.

Disney released an official statement a few days ago (www.dvdfile.com) Other Disney/BuenaVista DVDs that suffer from this: Scary Movie, The Kid.
