我後來發現...我的vcd經過resize後...會失真的那麼嚴重是因為我在vd裡作了一次
resize之後...交給TMPGEnc他又做了一次resize的動作...難怪會失真的很嚴重...
現在找出問題後...做出來的VCD畫質比較好了...也不會上下的黑框一大片...
可是8125兄的方法還是等於將resize丟給TMPGEnc做...那就不用在VD裡作了
