i have found the solution.

Beside the video_ts.ifo & vts_01_0.ifo made from ifoedit,
u have to copy all vts_**_0.ifo and vts_**_0.bup from original movie
to the Video_ts folder.

After that, u can play the dvd-r on standalone dvd player.

Attention:
The burned DVD won't work in your settop player, if you don't use the latest versions of following burnin-progs:
- VOB Instant CD+DVD
(You will need the latest update from 7-Dec-2001)
- Nero v5.5.6.4
