視豐的保固從我聽到的是只有一年
但這不是從視豐的人口裡說的
我會建議您打電話到視豐去問 (從視豐的網站找電話)

在保固方面我有從它們嘴裡聽到的是
就算你買的店掛了只要您有保證卡也可以
保固期過了的也一定負責修(要$$$)

算是很正常

BTW, Mr. Benz getting a degree back from Aus. doesn't mean much. And an interesting fact about biz people in taiwan is that they often exaggerate product specs. So its rather fruitless to go by the numbers alone. Besides that the usual salesperson in NOVA or Electronic street are rather clueless, and will say anything to get a deal.

and if you have time you really should send in the warranty card yourself. The people there are pretty nice. Also the after sale service of those NOVA/Electronic Street shops are usually horrible, so the parent company is still very important.
