安装了sp2,dx8.1
安装了3276驱动，mmc7.5
还复制了那两个dll 到c:\;c:\winnt;tv\
可 TV还是出不来

To hls:
Try this procedure:
1. Uninstall the MMC 7.5, and remove those two dll files.
2. Reboot your PC.
3. Copy those two dll files into c:\winnt again.
4. Install the MMC 7.5 again.
