那像我同學買XP正版，然後備份一片給我另一個同學
（序號當然是一樣的啊），沒有金錢交易，
我那兩個同學都在用，那這樣算盜版嗎？會被抓嗎？
還有還有，那盜版跟破解版跟上面敘述的這三種情形，
是一樣的嗎？

同一個授權用在Desktop和Laptop各一台好像是合法的
你說的狀況,明顯的...違法~不過應該不會被抓
破解版當然也是違法的~
