I am helping my uncle to setup a P4 system for desktop publishing and graphics processing. It must be a stable system and overclock is not required. I need suggetions from you all for following Item.

P4 Processor speed
Mainboard (built in sound, use RDRAM or DDR, and support USB 2.0)

Display Card (mainly for graphic processing)
